We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns.

⛔ No Returns

As spices are perishable, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or delivered.

💸 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered

• Item damaged during transit

• Order not delivered within 20 working days (only if not shipped)

To request a refund, please email leads@dpstudios.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
